Change shapes our every­day lives today more than ever – arti­ficial intelli­gence in particular is funda­mentally trans­forming how we live, work and make decisions. This brings challenges, but also valuable oppor­tunities for personal and organi­sational growth. For over 25 years I have been supporting people and organi­sations in shaping change processes success­fully, with an open mind and confidence.

With psycho­logical expertise and many years of experience, I create a trusting space in which change is experi­enced as an oppor­tunity and new ideas can mature. After all, sustain­able develop­ment begins where we summon the courage to leave familiar paths. I would be glad to accompany you in pursuing this develop­ment journey in a goal-oriented and effective way.

About me

Competent, experienced and with a genuine interest in people

Supporting people and organi­sations in their develop­ment is at the heart of my work. My psycho­logy degree in Berlin, along­side early teaching roles at uni­versity and in adult education, as well as my experience in building up people develop­ment at an inter­national Swiss corpo­ration, form the solid foun­dation of my work today.

As a self-employed trainer, I have been working with companies across a wide range of industries for over 25 years, from mid-sized busi­nesses to DAX corpo­rations. I design and lead seminars, work­shops and develop­ment programmes for leaders, combining psycho­logical expertise with deep practical rele­vance – nationally and inter­nationally, in person and in digital formats.

My aspiration is to create inspiring learning spaces where know­ledge becomes tangible and sustain­able develop­ment can emerge. Appre­ciation, experience and practical rele­vance guide my work.

To deliver even complex large-scale projects, I draw on an experi­enced network when needed. Indivi­dual coaching and MBSR round off my port­folio where personal deepening and reflection are the focus.

How I work

At the beginning of every colla­boration there is a struc­tured check-in: Where do you stand? Which challenges are currently relevant? And what changes should be achieved? On this basis we decide together whether a team day, coaching, training or keynote impulse is the right format – on site or online.

I have had the pleasure of experi­encing Sondra Hörz in several projects: in a tele­phone training in which she conveyed the "basics of business calls" in a straight­forward and memorable way. Or in the training on leading conflict conver­sations, which showed me how easy it is to steer discus­sions in the right direction and to get even dead­locked situa­tions back under control.

And finally I booked her for a "team building" seminar, in which she impressed me with her struc­tured metho­dology and sensitive delivery. After just one day, she sent off a moti­vated team with shared values and goals. Sondra Hörz? Time and again, gladly!

Coaching

Finding clarity. Unlocking potential.

Some­times it takes a moment of pausing to recognise your own path. Coaching opens up exactly this space for you – a protected setting in which you can openly engage with your thoughts, challenges and goals. Free from judge­ment, carried by trust and with your gaze forward.

Whether you are facing important decisions, want to develop person­ally or actively shape change: every person already carries the abilities needed for success­ful change. In every­day life, however, these resources often fade into the back­ground. Together we make your strengths visible again and question obstruc­tive thought and behaviour patterns, so that new perspec­tives can emerge that suit you and your person­ality.

In coaching I create a space for reflection, new insights and conscious decisions – so that change is not just thought about, but actually lived. I accompany you with empathy, appre­ciation and use the approaches and methods best suited to your topics. My concern is to support you in finding your personal path and unlocking your potential at your own pace.

Before coaching with Sondra, I found it hard to delegate tasks to my team. I felt I had to do every­thing myself to ensure quality. This led to a heavy work­load and I felt I was increas­ingly losing focus. Sondra helped me with empathy and precisely targeted questions to identify my limiting beliefs and syste­matically build trust in my team through simple, practical steps. MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction)

Those who pause find inner stability.

In a time shaped by high dynamics, increasing comple­xity and rising demands, the ability to consciously pause becomes a valuable resource.

Mindful­ness is an invi­tation to recognise your own reaction and behaviour patterns and to meet life's challenges with more presence and composure. At its core, it is about disco­vering what happens with and within us under stress and how we can create stabi­lity and space to better manage our behaviour. For these reasons, I enjoy inte­grating mindful­ness-based elements into my seminars, work­shops and coaching sessions.

In my MBSR courses, subsi­dised by health insurers, you also learn how to direct your attention deli­berately and sustain­ably strengthen your resilience. If you would like to learn more about my MBSR offerings, I look forward to hearing from you.

In everything I do, and especially under stress, I now see what is happening in my body, my thoughts and my emotions. I now have more space. I can take responsibility – and not blame others for my stress.

I have become calmer and no longer react so quickly with stress. I have also learned to accept what I cannot change.

I have the feeling that something enlightening and positive has crept into my life. I now experience feelings like happiness and gratitude more often and more consciously than before.
